There is a place that I love to dwell

It's the presence of my Father

My King, Saviour, Lord, Love and Friend

How long must we be apart

How I long for the day when mountains skip like lambs

And oceans roar

At the sound of your arrival

How I long to sit at your feet

Without worry or fear

When all the cares of the world melt away

Heaven and earth meet again

Momentarily separated by distance but not in spirit

I'm a recipient of grace

A student of justice

A priestess of the gospel

Clothed in righteousness

A reflection of Christ

Showered by precious love

and Endless waterfalls of mercy

Crowned with honor

Gifted with wisdom

Guided by the Spirit

How my love blossoms for you

Like a flower in the spring

For in spite of sin

And regardless of works

I am grafted into the tree of righteousness

In the vineyard by your hands

My reward is your presence

My treasure is your word

For before I was born, you made me

Before I was saved, you knew me

My oasis in the desert

You call me the apple of your eyes

You are my lead counsel and cheerleader

Let me be your warrior princess and battle axe

About your business day and night

Let me be your temple with incense burning high

And fire shining bright

What can I offer as sacrifice

On an altar of clay

Yet flames of love burn away impurities

Breaking chains of insecurities

Revealing an ambassador of your kingdom

Frankincense, birds of the air, mountain, rivers and oceans

You are everywhere

Holding the universe with your word

Driving time with your thoughts

Your beauty shows forth in your creation

Your grace splendid

Your love radiates through the earth
