The Beyond Boundaries Scholarship Program (BBS)

What is The BBS Program?

The Beyond Boundaries Program (or BBS for short) is a scholarship program designed to sponsor promising candidates who are financially challenged in their admissions journey to university. This process starts with a sponsorship to write the JAMB exam.

Who is eligible?

Applicants to BBS must meet the following requirements:

* Be Nigerian and live in Nigeria.

* Be under 25 years of age.

* Be in their final year of senior secondary education or have graduated secondary school.

* Have good grades or school results.

* Be able to show proof of financial challenge.

* Be ready to resume university next year.

* Be planning to attend university in Nigeria.

OUR WHY

The Beyond Boundaries Scholarship is a program breaking the bonds of illiteracy and poverty in our country. Nigeria has one of the highest rates of poverty and out-of-school populations in the world and many children, who we fondly call the "leaders of tomorrow" are not getting the education or opportunities that they need. This is where we step in. Every year, even though millions of students are stripped of an opportunity to education because of their economic background. This scholarship gives us the opportunity to close the gap and sponsor bright students who are financially challenged.

When we do, we are not only providing the opportunity for them to go to school but the opportunity to permanently change their social, professional, and financial trajectory in life.

How can you help?

  • Sponsor a candidate in one of our nation's top exams through a donation.

No one can get into university without it so that's where we start.

  • Nominate a candidate

Do you know someone who can benefit from this scholarship? Nominate them by filling out our form.

  • Donate or make a partial sponsorship: Not everyone can afford to sponsor someone. No worries! Donate instead. No amount is too small. You can also co-sponsor a scholar with a friend or group of friends!
